Passepartout Italy has been in business since 1974 as a tour operator to the Far East; former general sales agent of Singapore Airlines in Italy from 1976 to 1992 and with its own offices in Singapore (Italia Travel Pte. Ltd.) from 1978 to 1992.

Since 1981, the sister company Passepartout Yachting Italy has been operating as the exclusive importer and distributor of prestigious yachts; for 36 years importer of Grand Banks (with frequent recognition of top world dealer and own offices also in France and Croatia), From 2021 Passepartout has also added the dealership of the trawlers KADEY KROGEN and from 2022 the Raised Pilothouse FLEMING, real floating villas with oceanic range.
